Breaths of a Quiet Blaze has been with me for a while. I was recently reunited with this piece after moving across the country twice. My love for this part of idaho ignited a new love for this once forgotten work. Sunrises on the sawtooth’s peaks have been and remain a wonder to my youthful mind. There are flavors I find in the mornings after these reference photo shoots that are simple unparalleled. the crispness of the air accentuated by the recent storms passing the night before give this piece a certain eagerness that I will never forget.
